NICK BARBACHANO & CONSCIOUS DANCE WITH REUBEN DARLING KHAN

Dear friends and family,

Yeeeha – what a pleasure to welcome Nick Barbachano and his friends for his 1st concert in Switzerland. Many of you probably know him and Misha Mullov-Abbado from the concerts with Danit.

Nick is a father of 2 children and lives in England with his wife. His music was inspired by his love of the earth and his work with plant medicine and prayer circles around the world. His songs come from the heart and his intention to explore the mystical nature of human existence. They reflect his journey from cerebral philosophical contemplation to the rediscovery of prayer. His simple songs and poetic lyrics are a call to gratitude and celebration for all that we have. Nick has spent many years traveling the world, sharing music in singing and prayer rituals. He has dedicated much of his life to building community through rituals, music, prayer, and togetherness.

His second album "FAMILIA" takes you on a ceremonial journey and includes music by Mao Tatanka, Danit, Matthew Barley, Misha Mullov-Abbado, Yashi Nahuel and Jonas Winter. Nick is also part of the band Puentes (Bridges) - a collective of friends who come together to share their music around the altar of life and pray for the earth and all relationships. In 2021, they released the album «AMERIKUA». Many of you may be familiar with her powerful and healing songs of (plant) ceremonies. Their prayer songs serve as a bridge right to your heart.

After the Ceremonial Concert, we invite you to intensify the prayer and celebrate life with us with an CONSCIOUS DANCE with Reuben Darling Khan (UK) – the son of the well-known founders of Movement Medicine, Susannah and Ya'Acov Darling Khan.

Reuben has a lifelong romance with music and has always had a passion for curating the right sounds for the right moment. His musical journey has been influenced by ritual traditions as well as the vibrant energy of festivals and clubs. As a DJ, he mixes a variety of tunes ranging from organic downtempo to deep house tracks, while maintaining a heartfelt and joyful essence in his sets.
